I followed THIS video tutorial by CZT-Jenny. You can see an example of her tile HERE on Instagram. There is no dialog in her video and by default the video plays at a very high speed. I suggest turning down the speed to 25% to make it easier to follow along.

I thought you might like to see how I've decorated my computer desktop with miniature versions of some of my favorite Zentangle tiles. I used my Paint Shop Pro to shrink the tile scans and then I used IrfanView to save them as Windows icon files. I think they are much nicer to look at than the plain folder icons that come with Windows.
Below is a screenshot of my entire desktop. See if you can spot my Zentangle tiles. You can click on the image to view it larger.
