I followed THIS "Zutto Circular Version" YouTube video by Yuko Takamasu. Her step-out for "Zutto" is posted HERE at TanglePatterns and Yuko also has a video tutorial for that version HERE.
I'm not happy with the way the tile below turned out but I thought you might like to see it anyway.
I know what you mean about the second tile,but it is still great. The first one just pops!
