I followed THIS video tutorial on Instagram by Etuko.T CZT. She posted some example tiles HERE, also on Instagram. This tile features the tangles "Essence" by Lucy Farran and "El Prado" by Maria Tovar CZT. The step-out for "Essence" is posted HERE at TanglePatterns and Maria's step-out for "El Prado" is posted HERE on her website.
