"Butria" is by Ute Andresen CZT and you'll find her step-out HERE on her blog. My octagon tile was inspired by one that I saw on Instagram. That one was drawn on a hexagon tile but I prefer working with octagon tiles because I can make them from standard 3.5x3.5" tiles with the corners trimmed off.
