Today's Tangle - Sambal

I gave "Sambal" another go and this time I was careful to draw it more like the step-out. I colored this tile with metallic colored pencils.

"Sambal" is by Silke Wagner. Her step-out is HERE at Pattern-Collections where you will also find a video by Dawn Collins.

Today's Tangle - Sambal

"Sambal" is by Silke Wagner. Her step-out is HERE at Pattern-Collections where you will also find a video by Dawn Collins. This was my first attempt and I had some trouble getting the shapes to look the same as the ones on the pattern. However, I do like how it turned out.

Today's Tangle - Gardenia

"Gardenia" is by H.Elena and her pattern is posted HERE on her blog. It's the last one on the page. I have blogged about this pattern a few times but my tiles were always colored. Since this is one of my favorite patterns, I thought it would be fun to draw it in classic black on white for a change.

UPDATE: Her blog is closed to the public now but I found the step-out HERE on Pinterest.

Today's Tangle - Namaste

"Namaste" is by Hanny Nura. Her step-out used to be posted on her website but her site appears to be gone. I did find a copy of the pattern HERE on Pinterest. It's quite possible that Hanny has the step-out posted on her Instagram page, which is HERE, but I only have limited access to Instagram because I don't have a mobile phone. If anyone finds it there, please send me a link directly to the step-out. I should be able to view it on my computer using a direct link but I can only scroll through a few of her photos before Instagram blocks me so I am unable to search for it myself.

UPDATE 10/1/2020: I found a link to this pattern on Hanny's new website. Click HERE to see the pattern.

Mimi has a video about this pattern HERE and Bunte Galerie has one HERE.
