I have drawn this pattern before but never blogged about it. You can see my original tile below. This is called "Base-Basement" and it's by Silke Wagner. The pattern is found HERE at Pattern-Collections.com and Dawn Collins has a video HERE. My original tile looks more like the step-out. On today's tile I omitted the squares in the center.
