"Haluta" is by Kazumi Ikegami CZT and her step-out is posted HERE at TanglePatterns. The design starts out the same as "Quandary" by Zentangle but she adds some embellishments to it. You'll find the step-out for "Quandary" HERE in the Zentangle newsletter.
While looking at the official "Quandary" step-out, I took a closer look at one of the example images and one of them looks very much like "Haluta". Funny that I never noticed that variation before.
