I followed THIS video by Barbara Langston CZT. She is doing a video series on the original 102 official Zentangle patterns and this is the 6th video in the series. The featured tangles are "Msst", "Pokeleaf", "Pokeroot" and "Striping". Barbara mentions in the video that she is not sure if the tangle with the stripes is actually "Striping" or if it is a variation of it or some other pattern.

This mandala design is by Elena Babayants of My Flower Dream. Her video, which you can watch HERE, isn't a tutorial for drawing this mandala. It is actually her review of some water color pencils. She used this design to demonstrate how to use the pencils.
I had seen this "stained glass" technique online and had been wanting to try it out. Most of the examples that I had seen were by ZenLinea and you can see some of Anica's tiles HERE on Instagram. Elena's design is very pretty so I gave it a try. This was fun to draw but it took quite a bit longer to draw the "leading" than I thought it would. I don't have any water color pencils so I used regular colored pencils and odorless paint thinner to blend it. I will use this technique again sometime because I love how it turned out.
Just for fun, I used my graphics program to turn this into "real" stained glass.
"Beaded Lace" is by Suzanne McNeill CZT and her step-out is posted HERE at TanglePatterns.
"Torsdag" is by Heidi Whitney and her step-out is posted HERE on her blog. I find it easier to draw by reversing the order of the second and third steps.
I followed THIS "Zenmandala Aug 7, 2021" video by Miranda Gerber CZT from the Tanglewerk channel. There is also a second video HERE. I colored my cream colored tile with a colored pencil and a metallic gold Gelly Roll pen.

I was inspired by Verena Bossert's variation of the official Zentangle tangle called "Flukes". You can see her tile HERE on Instagram. By changing the orientation of the fragments inside the squares, a whole new design is created. Her use of shading in the corners adds an interesting effect too. This arrangement reminded me of a tile that I drew a couple years ago. I called the pattern "Product Design 1" because I had seen it on a product package. You can read my post HERE. I followed THIS YouTube video by Barbara Langston CZT where she shows how to draw "Amaze", "Cogwheel", "Courant", "Isochor" and "Wadical" by Zentangle. Barbara is doing a video series featuring some of the official Zentangle patterns that have never been published including the one's on today's tile. I have used some of these tangles before and Barbara's video confirmed that I was drawing them correctly. However, I wasn't sure how to draw "Cogwheel" or "Isochor" even though I had seen very vague examples of them online. I'm looking forward to learning how to draw more of the mysterious CZT-only tangles by watching Barbara's video series.
I followed THIS YouTube video by Barbara Langston CZT where she shows how to draw "Raddox" by Zentangle. Barbara is doing a video series featuring some of the official Zentangle patterns that have never been published publicly and "Raddox" is one of them. By the way, in the video she also shows how to draw the tangles "Façade" and "Patena" but I chose not to draw them on this tile.

I followed THIS YouTube video by Barbara Langston CZT where she shows how to draw "Frondous", "Gust" and "Ynix" by Zentangle. These are all tangles that don't have published step-outs but, as a CZT, she has access to the official step-outs. I've avoided using these three tangles because I wasn't sure how to draw them. They are all fun to draw and I won't hesitate to use them on my tiles in the future.
