I followed THIS "Instagram Live Bijou Valentine" video by Jenny in Taiwan. While I did follow Jenny's video for the design on my tile, I didn't use a Bijou tile. Instead I used a regular size tile that I divided into four smaller "tiles". I used colored pencil and metallic gold gel ink to embellish my tile.
