"Wooti" is by Ria Matheussen CZT and you'll find her step-out HERE at TanglePatterns. I wasn't sure if this pattern would work as a border but it kind of does. I added the white outlines on the black squares because otherwise there were just big blobs in the corners because two black squares merge there.
