"Iris" is by Anita Westin. Her step-out is about halfway down THIS page on her blog.
"No Name" is by Tomás Padrós. I saw his step-out on Facebook but forgot to save a link to it (Tomás has posted it again on Facebook. Click HERE to see his step-out). It's basically a structured version of a pattern called "Verve" which he draws in two versions; Verve links and Shneck links. You can see an example of how he used the Shneck links version HERE on Instagram. My tile shows both versions. The top row is the "Verve" version and the bottom row is the "Shneck" version.
