Today's Tangle - Krokus

"Krokus" is by Sue Schneider CZT and her step-out is posted HERE at TanglePatterns.com. This is fun to draw and can be embellished in a lot of ways. The basic fragment can be placed in different positions to vary the design. Jem Miller has a very pretty example of this tangle HERE in her blog. I drew the tile above first then drew the two tiles below to try some different things with the pattern.

  1. I really like Krokus - it's one of my favourites - and you've done great things with it. Thanks for mentioning me too!

    1. It's now one of my favorites too. My first tile was inspired by one that I saw on the Zentangle Mosaic app. I didn't quite get the same effect they did because theirs was drawn with white ink on a tan tile then they accented it with purple. It looked like a stained glass window.
