There is no officially published step-out for "Squill" but I found THIS one on Flickr. There is a comment there by Linda Farmer and she says that it's not quite right. The examples that I've seen online are very similar though and Melinda Barlow's video shows pretty much the same thing. You can watch her video HERE.
