This adorable pattern called "Dew Drops" is not to be confused with a tutorial called "Dew-Drops" by Lynn Mead CZT. This version is by Sandy Moore & Ina and I found it on the Line Weaving forum. You'll probably have to join the forum to access THIS link to the step-out.
If you can't access the pattern, it's easy enough to see how it is drawn just by looking at my tile. The pattern suggests starting with tear drop shapes but I suppose that this technique could be applied to pretty much any shape.
