This pattern is Cindy Angiel's "Diamond Drop" which I found HERE on her website. Cindy also has a video tutorial there.
I drew mine a little differently than Cindy's step-out suggests. I drew all of the diamonds first along a pencil line then I filled in the gaps between the diamonds with the spirals. I also drew the spirals in a single stroke. I drew the tile below first to try out the pattern. I wasn't pleased with the way it turned out so I drew the tile above and I love that one.
The card stock that I drew the above example on is called "Stardust" by Wausau and it has colored flecks all over it. It was just the thing for this colorful tangle.
